Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use the AI?
No. The AI is a shortcut to build the map and answer questions, but you can do everything by hand from scratch and Mapzu works fully without it.
How long does it take to build my map?
About 30 seconds after you describe your business. Then you review it, ask for changes or use it as is.
Which currency do I pay in?
The plan costs US$ 10 a month and you pay in your currency. Paddle, which processes payments, shows you the final price with your country's taxes before you pay.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your map becomes read-only: you can view and export it, but not edit it. We never delete it without notice: if you cancel, we keep your data for 90 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings, in two clicks. You keep using Mapzu until the end of the month you paid for and we won't charge you again.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Export your whole map whenever you want. The AI never receives your contacts' phone numbers or emails, and we don't use your data to train models.
Does it work for my kind of business?
If you sell something and want to know how much you make, how much stock you have left and who you need to reply to, yes. The pieces are the same; what changes is how the map is built.
Can I work with my team?
Yes, up to 5 members per business at no extra cost. Everyone can add sales at the same time; one person edits the map at a time.
